[b]Lamka, 25 February, (Asiantribune.com):[/b] India and Myanmar have agreed to fence a stretch of 14 km along the international boundary in the Moreh side of Manipur sector.

An official source informed "Asian Tribune," that the survey and the demarcation works for the fencing would be undertaken by Surveyor of India in association with Myanmarese officials.

The fencing would be installed 10 metres away from the international boundary towards India and Myanmar. It is reported that the fencing would be put up 7 metres each in the north and south of Moreh on the Indian side.
