[b]Colombo, 18 April, (Asiantribune.com): [/b]Around 31 businessmen, who were affected by recent riots in the Trincomalle will receive low interest loans to re-launch their businesses under the direction of the President of Sri Lanka.

Local Enterprise Development Minister Rohitha Bogollagama has agreed to provide this loan facility after meeting the Trinco based trade chamber officials.

According to the Minister, the SME bank will allocate low interest loans from Rs, 100,000 to Rs. 1 million, said Chairman of SME bank Mr.Moksevi Prelis.

The minister has instructed officials of the SME bank to inspect the recent damages of the businessmen. After their assessment, the bank can help them, the Chairman said.

Recent Trinco riots have a number of affected businessmen and public and some of them have gone to various places.
