[b]Angry Muslims demand removal of PAFFREL chief if he fails to authenticate his allegations[/b]

[b]Colombo, 24 March, (Asiantribune.com):[/b] The Muslim Council of Sri Lanka has demanded that Kingsley Rodrigo, the (Peoples Action for Free and fair Elections) PAFFREL Chief resign or be removed from his position immediately if he cannot produce evidence he claimed he posses to support his allegation that there are Muslim armed groups by the name of Jihad and Jamith E Islami operating in the East.

Although the PAFFREL Chief has denied that he made such statements the MCSL is now in possession of hard evidence captured in Video of him making such statement at the Press Conference held by PAFFREL on March 15th at the National Library Services Board Auditorium, the MCSL President N.M. Ameen disclosed.

Mr. Kingsley Rodrigo addressing the press had also claimed "there are several paramilitary forces in the East. Tigers are there. Karuna group is there, some armed groups are also there, Jihad and Jamith E Islami groups also have weapons. I am openly telling this."
