Sri Lankan Rebels Pleased With Talks

Yahoo News - Bangkok, Thailand (AP) - A day after concluding their first peace talks with the government in seven years, the chief negotiator for Sri Lanka's Tamil rebels said Thursday they were "pleased" with the progress made.
