Yahoo News -Colombo, September 23 (Dow Jones): Sri Lanka is confident of meeting its 2002 budget deficit target as progess in its peace bid has curtailed defense spending and promises an increased revenue that will add momentum to an anticipated economic recovery, the finance minister said Monday.
