SLT commissioned first phase of Jaffna project

The IslandThe Project Hope, which was launched last February by Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) intended to develop the dilapidated telecommunication network in Jaffna. Phase 1 of the project was commissioned last week by Imthiaz Bakeer Markar, Minister of Mass Communication. T. Maheshwaran, Minister of Hindu Affairs also graced the occasion.
