The Talks between the Government of Sri Lanka and the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam ended on 23 February with a note -may be optimistic or pessimistic, about which I dare not wish to gamble. The reality was, in the midst of uncertainties, at last the Talks were held, again in the midst of two days of uncertainties, the talks ended and the parties to the conflict have agreed to meet again in Geneva in April.Post your comments
