Tamils in the North freely exercise their franchise

J.Yogaraj - For the first time, the Tamils in the North are exercising their franchise freely and voluntararily, without any scare and pressure. Also it should be noted that this the first time Tamils have come forward to show their willingness to be a part of the democratic process by eschewing dissension, division, conflict and separation.
