State Ministers from Telangana send quit letters to Sonia

All 13 Andhra Pradesh Ministers from the Telangana region have faxed a common letter to Congress president Sonia Gandhi stating that they have decided to resign from the State Government in protest against the Centre's dithering on the formation of a separate Telangana State.
