Ramdev warns of 11000-strong force to fight police

After striking a conciliatory tone, Baba Ramdev on Wednesday again took up the issue of police crackdown on his supporters, saying he would set up a 11,000-strong force to deal with police and anti-social elements attempting to disrupt his anti-corruption movement.

Demand for Sri Lanka tea is expected to increase by 10 percent in 2011. An official of the Sri Lanka Tea Board said that a boom in world tea exports continue, with a 10 percent increase in volume fuelled by the world economic recovery.
