385,000 babies gets added to Sri Lanka’s population each year

There is a steep population increase in Sri Lanka amounting to 385,000 births per year. At the same time the increase of elderly population is becoming a major challenge to several countries including Sri Lanka, as country’s population has reached nearly 20 Million and five million of them are youth.
