Professor Carlo Fonseka, the Chairman of the National Authority on Tobacco & Alcohol (NATA) has been awarded with the prestigious World No-Tobacco Day Award 2012 by the World Health Organization in recognition of his significant contribution towards tobacco control in Sri Lanka.
