Recently, Secretary/External Affairs, Karunatilaka Amunugama had bilateral consultations with the 1st Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Kyou-hyun of Korea. This meeting was initiated by the two parties as a progress review of the State visit concluded by Sri Lanka’s President in 2012.
