Appeal court Judge Mr. Sarath de Abrew was sworn in as the Acting president of the Appeal Court today before president Mahinda Rajapaksa at TempleTrees. An old boy of St. Thomas College Mount Lavinia. Mr. Sarath de Abrew was first appointed in 1982 as a Magistrate in Trincomalee.In 2006 he was appointed as an Appeal Court judge.
