US Government Support for New Hospital for Palai in Kilinochchi

US may back British stand on Sri Lanka 'accountability' issue at Geneva

The State Department indicated on Tuesday, December 3 that the United States is most likely to back a British resolution on Sri Lanka next March at the Human Right Commission in Geneva if the South Asian nation does not undertake an accountability process of its actions during the final stage of the battle against Tamil Tigers.
