Who Attacked Pathankot Air Base

Six suspected terrorists in Indian Army uniform attacked Pathankot Air Base early morning on the second day of the year 2016. It is MiG-21 Bison base of the Indian Air Force and located about 50 kms from Gurdaspur where another terror attack took place in July, 2015.

JK Chief Minister Mufti Muhammad Sayeed passed away

Chief Minister of Jammu Kashmir, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed passed away of multiple organ failure in New Delhi at 9.10 a.m. at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi this morning, 14 days after he was hospitalized. He died due to multi-organ failure despite the best attempts to resuscitate him. Mufti was 79.
