Trump-et Notes

The unpredictable victory of the billionaire property developer Donald Trump as the 45th President of the United States of America has caused anxiety in not only across the globe but in his own country as well. Many Americans, most of them young, are shouting ‘Trump is not our President’ on the streets, sometimes accompanied by violence. Whatever be the official Indian reaction to his election, the ‘Hindu right extreme’ is unable to curb its exuberance over the triumph of ‘Hindu’-loving Donald Trump.
