[b]A Bomb Exploded near EPDP’s [i]Thinamurasu[/i] office in Colombo and an EPDP member in Trincomalee killed [/b]

[b]Colombo, 06 October, (Asiantribune.com):[/b] By killing an Eelam Peoples Democratic Party (EPDP) member in Trincomalee and exploding a bomb inside the vehicle belonging Antonypillai Jeyarajah of the EPDP, Tigers unabatedly continue with their killing and mayhem spree, despite EU’s imposition of international travel ban on their outfit for their alleged involvement in terrorist activities.

The two separate incidents involving the Eelam Peoples Democratic Party led by Douglas Devananda bears the destructive and ruthless hallmarks of the separatist terrorist outfit - Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam.

According to available reports, Police investigators are probing into the explosion inside the parked vehicle belonging to Antonypillai Jeyaraj, Private Secretary to Minister Douglas Devananda, Leader of the Eelam People’s Democratic Party, today morning at about 7.45 a.m. in Bampalapitya.

According to a security forces report, explosion which occurred on No 16 Nelson Avenue, Bampalapitya was designed to assassinate, Antonypillai Jeyaraj, Private Secretary to EPDP leader, while his vehicle, a four wheel Toyota Town Ace remained parked near the printing office of the EPDP’s newspaper [i]Thinmurasu.[/i]
