Copenhagen, 28 March, (Asiantribune.com): The Public Prosecutor for Serious Economic Crimes and the Danish Security Intelligence Service (PET) yesterday raided the Tamil Rehabilitation Organization’s (TRO) office to investigate how millions of Danish Krones were collected by the TRO for the Tsunami victims of Sri Lanka and how many millions were used for relief work.

The investigation will also probe whether a part of the money has gone to the Sri Lankan terrorist organization, the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam to fund their operations of smuggling arms from the international arms dealers.

"We will investigate into all the aspects we have received about this Organization (TRO)," says Public Prosecutor for Serious Economic Crimes , Henning Thiesen.

"We have already lot of information about the money transfers carried on by this organization which we can use," says Henning Thiesen.
