[b] New Delhi, 07 January, (Asiantribune.com): [/b]Dr. Subramanian Swamy, a former Federal Minister and Chief of the Janata Party is to file an appeal in the Supreme court of India against the decision of the New Delhi High Court, which imposed recently a fine of Rs. 5 lakhs.

Dr. Swamy in a statement to "Asian Tribune" described the judgment as "terribly wrong."

"Yes I will," he said, "appeal against the High court judgment."

"I was the arguing counsel before a Commission of Inquiry," the Janata Party Leader said. He added, "I had agreed to expunge the remarks from the record," he revealed.
