Flexibility, sincerity, courage imperative for Kashmir solution: Pakistan

By Iqbal Hussain Khan Yousafzai - Reporting from Islamabad

Islamabad, 07 February, (Asiantribune.com): Pakistan said Monday that the Kashmir dispute needs to be addressed in very forthright manner for an amicable solution that must be acceptable to all stakeholders particularly the Kashmiris.

Foreign Office spokesperson Ms. Tasneem Aslam in her weekly briefing here said it requires flexibility, sincerity and courage to resolve the Kashmir issue which Pakistan has already shown.

She hoped that India will respond positively and a visible progress will be made in the third round of talks. She said Pakistan is disappointed on the progress of talks which are not according to its expectations but it will be wrong to say that there is no progress and hoped that peace process will move forward in the current round of talks.
