Four soldiers and two suspected LTTE cadres killed in today'

This reminds me another incident that took place some twenty years back at Kaithady in Chavakachcheri in which about 10 LTTE cadres were killed by explosion when they were trying to instal detonators to a carrier that supplied water to the Navatkuli Army camp.

Some times the culprits got punished instantly, but most of the times they seem to escape unscathed for a while.
