Indictment well suited for Kangaroo courts

Indictment well suited for Kangaroo courts

Another open letter on the Indictment of Sri Lanka Government which poses lot of serious questions on those issues rose in the original article. This time the open letter was written by Ms. Ira de Silva London, Ontario, Canada.

Ms. Ira de Silva points out that the only court that these facts could be presented to are the illegal, "kangaroo" courts operated by the LTTE in the areas they live in Sri Lanka.

The full text of open letter written by Ms. Ira de Silva is given below :

Dear Sir,

Re: An Indictment of Sri Lanka Government - October 3, 2005

I have just read this article and my main reaction is one of disbelief! I trust that the writer does not hope to present such an argument to the world community and world court because he would fail. The only court that these facts could be presented to are the illegal, "kangaroo" courts operated by the LTTE in the areas they live in Sri Lanka.
