Killing of Joseph Pararajasingam, condemned – Tamil Information Centre

London, 29 December, (Asiantribune.com):The London based Tamil Information Centre, understood to be a pro-LTTE organization has expressed grief and concern over the killing of the Tamil National Alliance Member of Parliament Joseph Pararajasingham and also express their concern over the ongoing killings of the members of parliament, journalists, writers, academics, human rights defenders, social and community workers, NGO staff, lawyers, students, women, educators, priests and members of political parties, progressive organizations and trade unions.

While condemning the recent killing of TNA Member of Parliament and the ongoing killing spree currently sickly prevalent in Sri Lanka, the Tamil Information Centre’s statement fall short of directing their outcry by failing to point out the alleged perpetrators involved in the ongoing killings.

The full text of the unsigned statement released by the Tamil Information Centre is given below:

The Tamil Information Centre (TIC) strongly condemns the escalating political killings in Sri Lanka, which may plunge the country into the abyss of war and chaos.
