[b] Colombo, 26 March, (Asiantribune.com):[/b] LTTE strongly denied of any connection in the suicidal attack to blow up the Sri Lanka Navy’s Israeli built Dvora (fast attack boat) yesterday at Kudiramalai.

Meanwhile according to Sri Lanka Army report, Six cadres belonging to the rebel outfit, Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) and 8 Sri Lanka Navy sailors were killed, when a vessel belonging to the LTTE disguised as a multi-day fishing trawler, heavily laden with explosives blew itself destroying a Naval Craft around 11.00 a.m. on Saturday 25 March, about 17 nautical miles off Kudiramalai in between Mannar and Kalpitya area, located 145 km north of Colombo.

In the meantime, LTTE strongly denied any involvement in the incident, "There is no (Tiger) connection to this attack,” said S. Puleedevan, head of the Tigers' Peace Secretariat, speaking from Kilinochchi.
