<b>Opposition rally against free hand to LTTE</b>

The Island

The joint opposition will hold a rally at Ampara on Sunday (28) against the way the government has allowed the LTTE to take advantage of the ceasefire agreement to strengthen the oragnisation both politically and militarily.

MPs Anura Bandaranaike, Ferial Ashraff, Dinesh Gunawardene, Wimal Weerawansa and Dilan Perera will address the rally. It will begin at 3 p.m.

Ven. Kalawelgala Chandraloka thera will also address the rally.
