Minister Rishard Bathiutheen admitted in the Apollo Hospital

Minister of Resettlement and Disaster Management Rishard Bathiutheen met with an accident on Monday November 16th and now admitted in the Apollo hospital, in Colombo for treatment.

Minister Rishard Bathiutheen vehicle met with an accident at Rambawa, located near Madawadchiya, while travelling from Mannar on his way to Menik Farm.

It is said that the accident had taken place when the driver of the vehicle tried to avoid a collision with cyclist and vehicle skid off the road into the culvert in the road.

The vehicle was badly managed and driver sustained minor injuries.

In the meantime Minister Rishard Bathiutheen also sustained bruises and is now being treated in the Apolo hospital in Colombo.
