14 Sri Lankan Army Officers sent on compulsory retirement
Sri Lanka Government has sent on compulsory retirements five Major Generals, five Brigadiers, one Colonel, one Lieutenant Colonel and two captains, effective from 30 January 2010 alleged to be threat to the national security of the country .
An army sources told Asian Tribune that they were sent on compulsory retirement, being unbecoming of officers and gentlemen in the Army.
Given below the list of Army Officers sent on compulsory leave:
