Good move but some still
Good move but some still resisist. A fly-by-night told GG that the Chairman of an Authority, which is responsible for developing towns and who claims to be related to the top on brotherly terms, is resisting the circular stating that he never voluntered to be the Chairman and therefore he does not have to volunteer to resign.
Even after the circular He had issued a letter promoting an officer as Director stating that his work is good, had interviewed 100 persons for permenant employment in the Authority and had appointed a Director to Galle, when the CEO had already appointed an Officer as Director. May be that too much have gone into his head due to his "brother" securing a second term at the top with a unprecedented majority.
