Mukesh Ambani donated Rs 5 core to Tirupathi Temple

Top most Industrialist and RIL chairman Mukesh Ambani tonight donated Rs five crore to the famous hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala near here.
Temple sources told the donation was made to meet the TTD's ongoing Rs 100-crore gold plating project for the sanctum sanctorum.
The cheque was handed over to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) chairman D K Adikesavulu Naidu by a RIL official.
Ambani, an ardent devotee of Lord Venkateswara, had earlier donated a Rs five crore guest house constructed by RIL on the hills in 2007.
