US announces US.-Pakistan Business Matching Service

The United States has announced US-Pakistan Business Matching Service which will help the Pakistani companies to link up with American firms.
The Commercial Counselor William Center, speaking at a luncheon for business community in Peshawar says the new program will allow Pakistani businesses to register and receive certification from the US. Commercial Service to establish their bona fides for US corporations interested in partnering with Pakistani corporations.
He says the US-Pakistan Business Matching Service will allow Pakistani companies to link up with American companies who are looking for partners but are uncertain of the best ways to find them.
He says our commitment to strengthen Pakistan’s economy will be advanced by improved opportunities for trade between our two countries.
The US. Commercial Service has been active in Pakistan since 1980. In addition to its new business matching initiative, the Commercial Service is currently organizing a fresh series of investment and trade promotion missions to the United States.
