MDMK openly advocating the killing of Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa
The Indian Union, as well as the state Government of Tamil Nadu have failed to take serious note of the provocative utterances by V. Gopalasamy (Vaiko) and other participants in the MDMK’s Legal Wing Conference for openly advocating, “Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa should be killed for the genocide of the Tamils.”

MDMK's first legal wing conference was held in Trichy last Saturday. Party general secretary V. Gopalasamy alias Vaiko presided over the conference.
He slammed the world community and Indian government for their silence over Eelam war and genocide of Tamils in the last phase of the Eelam war.
At the conference, he openly and publicly advocated that Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa should be killed.
The MDMK General Secretary in his address said that he will continuously struggle for the dawn of Eelam.
He pointed out, “In Eelam my people are killed in groups by dropping phossperous bombs."
If a Shik youth is attacked in Australia people in India are showing concern. He lamented, but when my people are killed, countries like Italy, Britain, Canada voice their concerns, but people in the Indian states of Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra and Maharastra have never come forward to raise their voices against those killings.
He further said, “When Mumbai came under terrorists attack, Tamils showed their concerns. But when my Tamil Nadu fishermen, 504 of them were killed, did any citizen from Maharastra raised their voice condemning those killings?”
When religiois conflict errupted in Gujarat, Indian Government showed deep concern, but when the Indian fishermen were shot and killed by the Sri Lanka Government, where has the India Government gone? – posed Vaiko.
Vaiko said that the Channel 4 video visuals were seen by the entire world. Attrocities inflicted are seen by the British parliament.
He pointedly asked, “ So, can we allow Rajapaksa who was responsibile for all those atrocities to escape without punishment? “
“I ask the countries in the World that voted last January to create South Sudan that I wish to know when will be the turn of the creation of Eelam?” - Vaiko asked.
The Student Union Leader Pasarai Babu in his address said that many international leaders including Hillary Clinton has said Tigers are not terrirorists.
He further said, there is no proscription for the outfit that killed Indra Gandhi. There are no proscriptions for those Kashmiri radical outfits, involved in so many violent acts within India.
He asked what mistakes the Tigers have committed? In this land the Tiger flags will soon fly. A Tamil rule under the leadership of Prabhakaran will shortly emerge.
He vowed, “Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa should be killed for the ‘Genocide of the Tamils’.”
