By Quintus Perera – Asian Tribune

Colombo, 10 May, (Asiantribune.com): In a new venture Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Sri Lanka (CIMA) has made arrangements to telecast the Revision Lectures on TV. CIMA bi-annually organizes revision lectures for its students to ensure that they are well equipped to succeed in their exams which helps the vast number of students who are unable to attend these lectures to better prepare for the examinations.

Bradley Emerson, Regional Director, CIMA said that at CIMA they continuously look for innovative ways to meet the needs of their students. This year, with this objective CIMA in partnership with MTV piloted this project to conduct a series of revision lectures for students of the Managerial level.

He said that they are grateful to MTV for initiating such a novel concept and to all their lecturers for readily accepting their request to be on the program. They are convinced that their youth will stand out in the corporate world with CIMA, and programmes of this nature are an indication of their commitment to reach out and help them achieve that.

Lqkshmi Jayasinghe Director, Sales, MTV said that they have always perceived CIMA to be a high notch professional qualification and currently see it as the sort after institution in serving the higher education needs of the youth around the country.
