It is not very decent of
It is not very decent of people who are decent to have shown these photographs of a nearly naked Prabakaran. Whatever horrible deeds he has done to the people of Sri Lanka, it is not in keeping with our culture and our upbringing to have had such a public display of our number one enemy. In previous photographs he appeared in his fatigues and we should have left it at that. If more photographic eveidence of his demise were neede to lay to rest rumours about his death, at least he should have been covered with a cloth and only his face shown to prove he was dead. King Dutugemunu who led one of Sri Lanka's greatest wars prior to this one, treated his enemy with respect. Elara was known as a just King and therefore deserved respect. Prabakaran was not a just enemy, and cannot be compared to Elara by any stretch of imagination, but treating him with disrespect like this exposes our own flaws.
This is certainly
This is certainly Prabakaran. Those ears of his, can not be duplicated.
I agree with the previous commentry that the naked bodies of this guys should not be displayed over the internet.
What we can not miss though, that Prabakaran did't seem to have any shortage of food.
This amply proves the GOSL
This amply proves the GOSL claim that no heavy weapons were used. Picture is worth a thousand words.
Let the US, UNHCR , ICRC watch the pictures rather than going about making false claims against Sri Lanka.
We have nothing to hide. The pictures are no insult to dead men.
