The three acts are:

1. LTTE has been training ULFA and Naxalites in insurgency, as stated bythe Union Minister;

2.. Tamil Nadu Director General of Police has confirmed that the LTTE shot and killed five Indian fishermen.

3. LTTE aero planes bombed Indian Oil Corporation’s oil storage facilities near Colombo.

Here is the full text of the Dr. Swamy's press release:

"The LTTE has already committed three confirmed acts of war against India. The first is in the Union Home Secretary’s statement that LTTE has been training ULFA and Naxalites in insurgency. The second is in the statement of the Tamil Nadu Director General of Police that the LTTE shot and killed five Indian fishermen. The third happened yesterday when the LTTE aero planes bombed Indian Oil Corporation’s oil storage facilities near Colombo.

"The LTTE is in a desperate situation because it is losing heavily on the ground every day. Hence such foolish acts of war against India are inevitable bravado.

"India must declare war against the LTTE, and snuff out its miniscule air force, bunkers and camps by a massive retaliation by the Indian air force.

"At the same time, India must make clear to the Sri Lanka government that its dilly dallying on implementing the All Party Representatives Committee’s proposals on devolution of power to Tamil is delaying India’s anti-terrorist operations against the LTTE."
