Ambassador Senevirathna presented credentials to President of Nepal

Kathmandu. 22 January, (Asiantribune.com):

Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to Nepal W.M. Senevirathna presented his credentials to the President of Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal Dr. Ram Baran Yadav on 10th January 2013 at a ceremony held at the Presidential Palace, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, Nepal.

At the brief meeting President of Nepal Dr. Ram Baran Yadev stated that both countries enjoy close and cordial relations since the inception of Diplomatic relations between two countries and stressed to continue the same.

While conveying the greetings from President of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapaksa to the President of Nepal, Ambassador Senevirathna briefed on the current political and economic development taking place in Sri Lanka and explore areas of mutual interest.
