President stressed the responsibility of the adults to guide their children to win future challenges without any ethnic and religious differences

Colombo, 26 March, (Asiantribune.com):

President Mahinda Rajapakse says it is the responsibility of the adults to guide their children to win future challenges without any ethnic and religious differences. Our younger generation is well equipped with modern technical know-how. Positive attitude and righteous values should be developing within them in order to march forward as a nation.

The president made these remarks at the opening of e-centers in Thirulkkovil and Samanthurai schools.

Thirulkkovil e-center has been setup in vinayagapuram Shakthi College while Samanthurai center at Al-Asra College.

The President further said that the government has taken measures to enhance the computer literacy of the students in the eastern province in parallel with the Deyata Kirula National Exhibition.

Meanwhile, the president visited the Sri Siddhavelayudham Kovil in Thirukkovil this morning. Chief Kurukkal N. Angasanandan held a special pooja to invoke blessings for the president.

The president also visited the Buddangala Aranya Senasana in Ampara and had a mutual discussion with the
Buddhist Monks .
