High Commissioner Ibrahim Ansar presents credentials to the King of Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, 10 July, (Asiantribune.com):

The newly appointed High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Malaysia Ibrahim Sahib Ansar presented Credentials to Almu’tasimu Billahi Muhibbuddin Tuanku Alhaj Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlisha, The Yang di-Pertuan Agong XIV of Malaysia at Istana Negara, Kuala Lumpur on 2nd July 2013. The ceremony was preceded with a military Guard of Honor.

During the audience with the King of Malaysia, High Commissioner Ansar conveyed greetings of Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka and recalled the warm bilateral relations existing between the countries and Malaysia’s contribution to the Economic Development of Sri Lanka.

The event was attended by Y.B. Dato Hamza Zainudin Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dato' Rohana Binti Ramli, Acting Secretary General and the Chief of Protocol of Ministry of Malaysia. Maj. Gen. S.W.L. Daulagala, Deputy High Commissioner and Mr. M.R. Hassen, Minister Counselor of the Mission also attended the ceremony.
