President vests in the people Ambilipitiya Public Fair & other developments.

The new public market in Embilipitiya, in the Sabaragamuwa Province, will benefit consumers, farmers and agro-based cultivation.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa said after declaring open the Ambilipitiya Public Fair on the 3rd, that the new public market in Embilipitiya, in the Sabaragamuwa Province, will benefit consumers, farmers and agro-based cultivati.

President Rajapaksa addressed the gathering and said that despite whoever signs whatever agreements, he is ready to go ahead with his coalition parties.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa reiterated that the program to make the lives of all citizens prosperous will be continued.

He stressed that the government has taken all measures to produce knowledgeable children for the country.

The building complex constructed under the guidance of the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence & Urban Development Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and it has been constructed with all modern features.

Ambilipitiya Public Fair, the biggest ever fair in the country, was built by the government at a cost of 150 million rupees and can accommodate 1000 vendors.
