Awards for Travel and Tourism Course

Colombo, 24 January, (Asiantribune.com): The Travel Agents Association of Sri Lanka, an affiliate of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, awarded certificates of competence to those successfully completed a two month Course on Travel and Tourism, recently.

The course was conducted by Peter Hooper, Director of Studies, Louis Preston School of Travel & Tourism. Classes were held twice a week and covered a comprehensive lecture module designed by the Louis Preston School of Travel & Tourism. Students were also placed in TAASL member companies to obtain on the job training. Amadeus Lanka (pvt) Ltd provided practical training on their GDS system.

Mr. S.
