70-year-old wants to marry PV Sindhu - says will kidnap her otherwise

Chennai, 18 September, (Asiantribunecom):

Claiming to be a teenager, Malaisamy - a 70-year-old man in Tamil Nadu has submitted a petition to the Ramanathapuram district collector, seeking to marry badminton star, PV Sindhu.

Malaisamy has also stated in the letter to the district collector that he would abduct and marry her if the proper arrangements for the marriage are not made.

The incident took place during the weekly meetings where public convey their grievances to the district officials, and this has left many wondering if it is serious or a joke.

Malaisamy, who reached the collectorate, carried a letter with a photo of badminton gold medalist PV Sindhu and of himself and the letter insisting on his interest to marry the athlete.

Malaisamy also claimed that he is actually just a 16-year-old boy born on April 4, 2004. He said that he was extremely impressed by Sindhu's career growth and that now he wants to make her his life partner.
