The COVID – 19 tally risen to 166

Colombo, 05 April, (Asiantribune.com):

The total number of coronavirus patients in Sri Lanka has risen to 166, the Health Ministry said.

Four more patients have tested positive for COVID-19 as of yesterday (04), stated the Ministry of Health.

The Ministry of Health confirms that two more patients who have recovered from COVID-19 were discharged from hospital today.

This brings a total number of 27 patients who contracted the virus had completely recovered and been discharged from the hospitals.

The fatality count in the country came up to 5 this morning with the death of a 44-year-old male who had recently arrived from Italy.
