Till now Norway as peacemaker announced dates for new round of talks.
It looks a wish of some people, who love peace and don't like Norway and Solheim will occur reality.
Question ist,who will be now a pacemaker,not a peacemaker?
GOSL or LTTE? Difficult question.
If LTTE doesn't want to prolongate violence, probably in summer this year violence on SriLanka will be over and both parties will start serious
peace negotiations.
ZOO Pa Thamil selvam had a problem in reading the agreement letter in english. He only knew that GOSL agreed to terms for transporting BHANU from Batticaloa to Mullativu.
Some how, now, CFA is postponed again.
I think in this case, SLA should take the advice of Pottan. The high light is military strength.
BLow up some of thier military leaders from every where. then they will agree to CFA.
Long Rangers resting time in the barrack is over.

This time, GOSL has to be careful.
Before the first CFA, LTT had only 30% of the desired land. After the CFA until now, they expanded it to 70%.
This may be the time, they will be planning to expand it to 100%.
Because, "Island wide communal riots which began from Trincomalle on the new year days of 2006", as Dirty Sethu would put it did not materalise and the expansion of the criminal enclave would not happen.
So, the next target is CFA. this time they will play 'PEACE LOVING LTT' card.
