[b]Norwegian passport scandal deepens: Daniel Jeya sentenced for two years and nine months[/b]
[b]Oslo, 02 May, (Asiantribune.com):[/b] Mike Daniel Jeya was found guilty by Norwegian court yesterday and sent to prison for 2 years and 9 months for human trafficking and being possession of stolen Norwegian passports. Jeya has also confirmed he has been a member of the LTTE.
The District Attorney Jan F. Glent had asked for 4 years imprisonment. He told TV2 that he cannot exclude the possibility of the Norwegian passports been given to the LTTE. The Norwegian Government will also confiscate 297,000 Norwegian kroner from Jeya, money earned from human trafficking. His younger brother was sentenced to 90 days in prison for threatening witnesses. Jeya has also been orderrd to pay court costs.
The passport scandal (1) reveals the success the LTTE intelligence network in Norway and (2) questions the validity of the Norwegian passport as it is easily accessible to known terrorists.

If you read all the stories in relation to what happened in Polonnaruwa when LTTE attacked the three TMVP camps, you can understand it.
There should be a big battle LTTE versus everybody else. My guess is after that LTTE caders themselves get Velu and that will be the final battle for all.

I agree Mr Dixon, LTT may get the information of people living abroad, but they cannot bring them back. They may find someone within Army Navy HQ, even in presidential suite, but they cannot stop the exodus.
It is a matter of time and that is definitely not repeat not on LTT hands.
Tamils had a chance and gambled for “Sole representation”. Then there were 3 million Tamils.
Now with mere 250,000 and 30 % polls no one can claim they are the “Sole representatives”.

Why wait at Muhamalai? LTTE can get all information about people live in all countries from the SL customs and Immigration in Colombo.
If LTTE can fnd some one inside the Army HQ to tip them off, Customs and Immigration is a piece of cake!

Can LTT get the all information about a person who lives Norway when he/she passing the Mugamalai check point of LTT, because it seems like that Norway well cooperate with LTT in the all front.
