[b]Sri Lanka government-backed secret group in London[/b]

[b]London, 03 October, (Asiantribune.com):[/b] Reports are emerging of a secret slush fund set up by the Sri Lanka Government to fund a group of hardcore Sinhala Buddhists in London to lay the groundwork to ban the Tamil separatist outfit - Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam in all the 25 European Union member countries.

It has been exclusively reported in the pro-LTTE news websites that Sri Lanka Government has organized a group consisting of 25 member Sinhalese, which includes politicians, academics and diplomatic staffs of the Sri Lanka High Commission to spearhead an operation against the LTTE in the member countries of the European Union.

According to LTTE online news websites, this group of 25 Sinhala academics, solicitors and politicians based in London are entrusted with the task of meeting government representatives and leaders of the European Union countries and provide details of the fascist activities of the LTTE and appeal to them to bring about a resolution against the LTTE in the international arena.

[i]The Pro LTTE news websites [/i]Sooriyan.com, and [i]Nitharsanam.com [/i]have exclusively reported of the secret group that has been secretly organized and funded by the Sri Lanka Government, as an extra-parliamentary measures.

It has been alleged that Sri Lanka government is spending millions of dollars to fund this secret group based in London which was supposed to be behind the European Union’s recent declaration on the travel ban on the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam.
