By Our Colombo Correspondent

Colombo, 06 May, (Asiantribune.com): The blood samples taken from the remains of the LTTE suicide bomber will be sent abroad for tests after locally conducted pregnancy tests have failed due to chemical contamination of samples.

An Investigator probing the attempt on the life of the Army Commander Gen Sarath Fonseka said the blood samples of the suicide bomber was found contaminated with the plastic explosives and this had been identified as the reason for the failure of the test.

The examination of blood samples taken from the leg muscle of the woman failed to establish whether the woman was pregnant or not.
